Do you reface or repaint existing kitchen cabinets?+
No. We design and build new custom cabinetry in our own shop and install it with our own crew. If your existing boxes are sound and you only want new doors or a new color, a refacing company is the better fit. If the layout, storage, or quality is the problem, that is where custom cabinets pay off.
What is the difference between custom and stock kitchen cabinets?+
Stock cabinets come in fixed widths, so a kitchen ends up with filler strips and dead corners. Custom cabinets are built to your walls, appliances, and ceiling height, which turns those gaps into working drawers and pull-outs. Construction is furniture-grade with soft-close hinges and full-extension glides throughout.
Can you build cabinets around my existing appliances?+
Yes. The designer measures each appliance during the free in-home visit, including refrigerator depth, range clearances, and dishwasher height, and the cabinets are built to those dimensions. Appliance garages for mixers and coffee makers, and panels that hide the dishwasher, are common additions.
What storage solutions can be built into kitchen cabinets?+
Pull-out drawers in base cabinets instead of fixed shelves, corner pull-outs and lazy susans, tall pantry towers with roll-out trays, spice pull-outs, tray dividers for baking sheets, and trash and recycling pull-outs. Uppers can run to the ceiling to remove the dust shelf on top.
What finishes and colors are available for kitchen cabinets?+
Twenty-five laminated colors are kept in stock, from white and light woodgrains to dark espresso, with more available on request. Laminated finishes hold up to daily cooking, steam, and cleaning without chipping or yellowing, and they wipe clean with a damp cloth.
Do custom kitchen cabinets come with a warranty?+
Yes. Standard parts and components carry a lifetime limited transferable warranty against material and workmanship defects, and defective parts are replaced at no cost. The warranty transfers to the next owner of the home.
How long does a custom kitchen cabinet project take?+
Design, build, and installation typically run two to four weeks from the in-home consultation, depending on finish availability. Installation itself spans one to two days for most kitchens. Cabinets are built in our Warminster, PA shop and installed by our own crew, so there is no waiting on a factory schedule.
Do I need to leave the house during installation?+
No. Our crew works around you. A typical install for a single closet takes 4–6 hours; larger projects span one to two days.
